We worked with WIRED Magazine for their April 2014 cover and lead article about Whatsapp founder Jan Koum.

The idea was to imitate the whatsapp display by having the subheadings on the front cover pop up like messages and make the whatsapp tone. We also used this technique for the pull quotes within the article, and animated the drop caps, giving movement to the piece.
