Problem Statement
Problem: User is not able to access the delete option to delete emails when the user uses a smart phone or a tablet to access the ChatUs Portal because the smart phone and tablet are not able to support the hover function.
Solution: The delete option on the smart phone or tablet turns visible immediately when the website detects the smart phone or tablet screen size or detects the device is a smart phone or the tablet.
