Social Good Project

Social Good Advertising Campaign
As part of my Graphic Design II course, I developed a social project called "Stay Tangible" with the aim of proposing a solution to a current societal issue. Specifically, I addressed the problem of pollution caused by lithium-ion batteries. If we fail to address this issue, these batteries could potentially contaminate our water supplies.

My project focused on the younger generation, who own numerous technology products such as phones, tablets, watches, consoles, portable chargers, cameras, and electric carsall of which contain batteries. If these batteries are not properly recycled, they can lead to significant pollution in water and soil. In extreme cases, they can even cause explosions and fires in landfills. It is crucial that we address this issue.
The objective of the logo design for the "Stay Tangible" social good campaign was to create a visual identity that embodied the project's message of tangible connectivity, while raising awareness about the issue of lithium-ion battery pollution. The logo needed to convey a sense of harmony and unity, emphasizing the importance of our physical connection to the environment. By doing so, the logo would serve as a powerful tool to communicate the campaign's message and values effectively.
