I recently came across a tutorial on Texturelabs that showed me how to create a retro-futuristic monitor effect. I decided to try it out and was able to create something that resembled an eye, hence the name OPTIC. I used gradient maps to achieve the various colors and was really pleased with the result. I think I will be using this effect a lot more in the future. In the files you can find the tutorial and assets I used.
