Problem Statement
Problem: More and more users want to send a message to multiple people.
Solution: Add Group chat feature in Mobile application.
Personas and User Story
Mark is an administrator of the Buy for Nothing Pinterest Group and he wants to leave this group permanently.
When Mark wants to leave the group, ChatUs gives Mark an option to select a participant to transfer admin rights to before Mark leaves the thread.
Mark selects Mary, who is a member of the Buy for Nothing Pinterest Group, and transfers his admin rights to her, then Mark leaves the group. Mary receives a message to inform her that she is a new administrator of the group.
After Mark left, ChatUs informs the group chat that Mark left and Mary is a new administrator of the group.
