Mission:
Create a moodboard that reflect's the movie Amelie's Identity.
Amelie is the story of a girl in search of love. Neglected emotionally as a child by her parents, Amelie grows up to be an introverted girl. This all changes when she is old enough to leave her home and heads to live by herself, working on a café, slowly breaking free from this world of isolation.
The moodboard above reflects Amelie´s progress in life, from when she was a little imaginative girl to a ripe passionate young lady.
The moodboard below is a second attempt, with the challenge of showing no images from the movie. It portrays both the obsessiveness and anxiety that lie deep within the characters, and somehow they burst out and move the plot forward. Details are shown in each Polaroid frame and a tint with a gradient from green to red is able to be perceived when looking at the bigger picture.
