This was a group project on the redesign of a park, which focused on providing sustainable architecture as well as the social needs of the community. Each group member had to propose a building that met these guidelines. My proposal aimed to provide a multi-purpose theatre for a local theatre group that had their previous venue recently destroyed in a fire. The proposal provides two performance spaces; an open air theatre that also acts a an observation deck for the park, as well as an enclosed space that can facilitate holding plays, musical performances, dance and film.
