Problem Statement
Problem: After a disaster, such as an earthquake, hurricane, tornado, etc. the customers of mobile service companies experience a disconnect from the network.
Solution: Disaster Recovery Manager helps the mobile service companies to ensure seamless network availability for their customers immediately following a disaster.

John is an engineer (seen in the yellow T-shirt above) in a roaming services operation team at Google Fi. 

After a hurricane, John collected the list of LACs (Location Area Code) and TACs (Tracking Area Code) located in the damaged areas and submitted a formal request to roam between Google Fi and its Roaming Partners.
Person #2 and user story #2
Mark is an engineer (seen on the right using a phone) in a roaming services operation team at Xfinity Mobile. Xfinity Mobile is one of the roaming partners with US Mobile. 

After a hurricane, Mark collected the list of LACs (Location Area Code) and TACs( Tracking Area Code) located in the damaged areas and submitted a formal request to roam between Xfinity Mobile and US Mobile.
