Problem Statement
Most schools, colleges, and universities in the world have plans from postponing the semester to offering more remote coursework to fight the pandemic. For most students, studying online is not efficient. Moreover, students from low-income-families do not have remote learning opportunities. The number of mental health issues among students increase, due to schools, colleges, and universities being closed. To allow schools, colleges, and universities to reopen and allow students to study on campus, frequent hand-washing, mask-wearing, and physical-distancing, are essential tools students and teachers can use to stay safe during the pandemic.

There are a lot of news articles around the world saying COVID-19 outbreaks happen in manufacturing facilities, such as food production. To keep the manufacturing workers virus-free at work and help in the fight against covid-19, wash your hands frequently, wear a mask, and keep physical distance. Remember these essential tools in this battle.

Military also reported COVID-19 outbreaks everywhere in the world. To keep soldiers safe and flatten the curve, wash your hands frequently, wear a mask, and keep physical distance in these situations too.
Solution
Eagle Eye leverages block chain technology and CCTV cameras to help people be aware and keep physical distance in schools, manufacturing facilities, military, or other crowded places.
Feature
Eagle Eye tracks and monitors activities and behaviors without compromising privacy. When Eagle Eye detects violators, notifications will automatically be sent to the violators via phone text.

Users (security employees) easily monitor the whole place and pay attention to the details by switching between birds-eye-view and real time view.

Accurate and fast facial recognition technology.

Alarm for crowds that violate physical distance rules.

Detects people with high temperature (fever) and people with recent positive COVID test

Face mask detection functionality can be added in the future if customers need this customization.

User Story
1. UW Seattle campus is preparing to reopen and will soon allow all students to study in person in classrooms.
2. James set up a new monitoring task in Eagle Eye based on the latest security rules: wear a mask and keep a physical distance of 6 feet from others.
3. James set up automatic notifications when Eagle Eye detects violators.
4. James set an alarm system to alert him when Eagle Eye detects 10 or more people together in a group (which violates covid rules). Eagle Eye sends notifications once every 10 minutes if they continue to violate covid rules.
5. Bob and Paul walked onto the campus and they walked too close to each other.
6. Bob and Paul received a notification from Eagle Eye that warned them to keep physical distance.
7. Then they stayed 6 feet away from each other.
8. James received a notification from Eagle Eye. Two crowds violated covid rules in two places after Eagle Eye sent them notifications once every 10 minutes.
9. James looked at the Eagle Eye and found the locations of the two crowds with violators’ personal information.
10. He sent a notification manually to warn these people to follow the covid rules.
11. These people still ignored the notifications.
12. James called the campus security officer and told them that there are two crowds gathering together in two places and provided the coordinates (description of campus location between two landmarks or something) of these two places.
