The Flag of Chile is often known as "The Lone Star" to honour the seal in the canton. It shows a sensible effect from the flags of other past settlements in the Americas, but it is similarly influenced by the nearby people of Chile. It is far from the first of the Chilean flags, and it moreover shows the effect of the past plans that tended to the country.
