‘Bathers Collaroy’ is a unique residential development with a connection to the past and a clear vision of the future that boasts of a tight-knit community with shared values. It represents a brand story and tone of voice that has been inspired by the ‘sea change’ mantra. Made was tasked with creating all of the marketing material for the project.

I was tasked with a number of things such as assisting in updating the Sales Book and Brochures, updating and creating digital web banners, creating the Schedule of Finishes documents and designing handouts for the floor plates and floor plans of the building.
