Website is guide / knowledge base for professionals within the youth healthcare. The old website was a maze of unordered information and didn’t meet the needs of the 60.000 professionals en as well as all the organisations around them. Defining the usergroups and prioritize them help to rearrange all the information and tone-of-voice. From thereon worked out all the designes and structures.

Activities: User research, cardsorting sessions, customerjourney development

Using exit surveys, interviews with users (from all usergroups) and multiple card sorting sessions with the various product owners.
