2021, GASPAR NOÉ INTEGRAL / VISUAL IDENTIY
In the context of the Project I module, this project developed the visual identity of a small scale cultural event, a film cycle, developing the graphic supports and graphic marketing materials that were meant to announce it and diffuse it.
The director Gaspar Noé was chosen as one of the most controversial film artists, based on his extremely detailed filming and broaching of intense subjects, such as drugs, death, sex, and violence. The purpose was to achieve a visual identity that was multi-faceted, the colour choices intended to create a feeling of alertness and cohesiveness with the director's work, mimicking Noé's use of red and black lightning composition in his own movies.
Several supports were designed: event poster, leaflet, Facebook header, vertical and horizontal banners. A typography of squared font was first and foremost developed, created with the use of a grid within which the visual identity worked within.
