Pregnant women need to understand that anything in excess can cause harm to them as well as to their unborn baby. However 93% of caffeine is removed from decaffeinated coffee but it still contains 7% of caffeine, so they should limit the consumption of caffeine. Try not consume more than one caffeine products a day.
