GasBuddy App Redesign
A conceptual brand, UX and UI refresh in a highly functional app
GasBuddy is an app which helps users check gas prices. The users of the app help create the database by updating gas stations’ prices as they see them. The existing app was quite functional and fulfilled most of the users' needs but the UI was built mostly from out-of-the-box pieces from Apple’s iOS 6. My redesign seeks to bring GasBuddy in closer to iOS 7 in terms of a cleaner design aesthetic while also adding some functionality. New features include saved locations, sharing of prices via social media, choice of external directions app and access to the home & settings pages from every screen.
