This project was based in Rome, Italy, when I was abroad. The assignment was to pick a client who the bookstore would be designed for; I chose a nutritionist, so my space was designed to promote a healthy lifestyle with a lot of daylight and curvacious forms that reflect organic shapes found in nature. The books were all about health and nutrition and the building contained reading nooks for people to relax and even enjoy a smoothie from the 2nd floor cafe. The bookstore project was done digitally in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, and Photoshop.
