A World Within Three Acres (2013)
'A World Within Three Acres' is a short documentary film we produced for our final year of study. The documentary introduces the Exotic Pet Refuge located in Peterborough, showing you the animals and the workers within their day to day lives. The Refuge is home to many different exotic animals, and the owner Pam is dedicated and lives on site to take care of them 24-7. The sequel film to this goes into more detail of Pam and her struggles. But here is a short introduction to the refuge itself and how it runs!
For this project, I worked as Cinematographer. I love working on documentaries. They are so unpredictable, which, for university and deadlines can be stressful, but you can really capture something unexpected and brilliant.
