Originally, the bunnies were meant as a spot illustration, but I thought it would be fun to think up of a situation that would surprise them, such as a wolf outside their den, monkeys teasing them on a hot air balloon ride, sights they might see while riding a magnificent bird, or a glowing carrot on their evening walk. 

After testing out eight color combinations, I settled with this one for its contrasting colors and saturated hues.

Textures even without shading totally transform the base colors and create a mood.
