Whistlejacket Ltd is a Brand, Design and Communications Agency from London UK. They commissioned me to create illustrations and iconography, and build an interactive digital handbook for the Waste and Resources Action Programme (WRAP).

After developing an illustrative style to be used for the handbook, I created a collection of engaging and inclusive scenes representing 52 human behavioural heuristics. To help categorise the behaviours, I built a library of 21 clear and consistent icons to compliment the style of the scenes. Finally, I delivered the content along with supplied copy in an interactive PDF handbook to function as a training tool, and to provide content for presentations and funding bids.

Working closely with the Whistlejacket project lead and WRAP team, I ensured that all illustrations were faithful to the target behavioural heuristic, responding to feedback and applying changes where needed to meet all design goals.
