Putopisi /travelogues/ is a book which explores the possibilities of an experimental travelogue through five different comics. Although the inspiration comes from my memories, I blended personal with fiction in the comics. The book depicts themes such as relationships, feelings, memory and traces. The visual approach is different in each story; the atmosphere is emphasized through the use of different material and color. The names of the destinations have not been revealed, since it is not a classic travelogue.
The book is formed of five chapters; Monotony, Distance Makes the Heart Grow Fonder, Pleasure, Oblivion and Surprise and is riso printed in collaboration with a small independent publisher Smak Press from Zagreb.
