Sukhum map of Art Nouveau architecture
This is a map of Sukhum for the Akua_modern project, which shows the original architectural buildings of the capital in the Art Nouveau style. They make up the main visual style of the city and decorate it.
Since the beginning of August, I have been working with a huge archive of old and modern photographs of houses built in Sukhum at the beginning of the 20th century. These buildings are beautiful not only from the outside, but also inside; fireplaces, tiles, stairs, stucco, furniture and decor elements, and much more have been preserved, which is of great cultural and historical value and is the richest heritage
of the city.
