My assignment was to create a list of the good, the bad, and the ugly about myself. I also had to ask a friend to write the same list without judgment or repercussions and choose something similar from both lists to design a solution for. My problem — I am judgmental, more specifically as a result of jealousy.
My solution for the problem took shape in the form of an iOS app. Named buoy, it serves as a constant source of accountability and motivation for overcoming judgment by providing a system that organizes goals. By accomplishing our goals, we improve our self-esteem and overall happiness, therefore solving the insecurities that cause us to judge other people.
