What Is The Best Diet Program To Lose Weight?
Do you feel tight in your pants? Do you avoid mirrors? Are you dreading stepping on the scale? Don’t worry. I was in the same position three months ago, but today I am filled with confidence. This confidence resulted from the beautiful physical form I got after following the diet program to lose weight.

I actually tried several diet programs before coming up with my own, which helped me lose weight like magic. So, if you're struggling to lose weight, you may follow my diet plan and get to a healthy weight in a matter of weeks.


The Ideal Breakfast For A Weight Loss Program:
- 1 bowl of rolled oats OR 2 slices of rye bread or wholemeal bread (with a little butter but not too much!)
- 1 seasonal fruit (except banana)
- 1 dairy product
- 1 slice of ham OR 2 eggs
(Prohibition to consume commercial cereals)


10 A.M. (If Hungry):
- 100 to 150g low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 seasonal fruit


The Ideal Lunch For A Weight Loss Program:
- 1 Plate of raw vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, etc.)
- 150 to 200g of lean meat (poultry, lean red meat, fish, etc.)
- 150g of cooked starches (rice, pasta, pulses, etc.)
- Green vegetables at will (minimum 200g): broccoli, spinach, zucchini, peppers...
- 1 fruit or 1 dairy product


4 P.M. (If Hungry):
- 100 to 150g low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 seasonal fruit


The Ideal Dinner For A Weight Loss Program:
- 1 Plate of raw vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, etc.)
- 150 to 200 g of lean meat (poultry, lean red meat, fish, etc.)
- Green vegetables at will (minimum 250g): broccoli, spinach, zucchini, peppers...
- 1 fruit or 1 dairy product

One thing that really helped me with my diet regimen was my Fitindex scale, which kept me informed on my weight reduction journey. Using this equipment, I was able to not only track my weight, but also measure my other body parts in order to get my body back in shape.
