For a school assignment, I designed two book covers for the novel "Kafka on the Shore."
The first bird was drawn on A3 paper using a fineliner, ensuring attention to detail and precision. The details of the overall composition were carefully considered to convey the mystique of the novel. The second bird was created using ink, and later transformed into a vector format digitally.
The choice of birds as focal points is symbolic, echoing the themes of freedom, metamorphosis, and surrealism present in Haruki Murakami's "Kafka on the Shore."
