In Abundance is a collection about creating an environment in which the wearer feels confident, comfortable and secure; an inviting environment that allows one to be whoever they want to be and feel warm within. I started by collecting physical things from my own personal environment that made me feel confident in my own skin. The chosen articles then became my source of visual inspiration and experimentation for the garments. Aspects of volume, color, movement and techniques including laser cutting and hand painting became the core of the collection. The garments are meant to extend the same comfortable environment forward.
