Цель / Goal
Понятия «свобода», «ограничения», «цензура», «комфорт» сугубо индивидуальны. Цель сетапа стимулировать размышления на эти темы в поисках своего ощущения и отношения к ним. Кому-то покажется невозможным существование в системе ограничений, а кто-то легко адаптируется / The concepts of "freedom", "restrictions", "censorship", "comfort" are purely individual. The purpose of the setup is to stimulate reflection on these topics in search of your own feeling and attitude towards them. It will seem impossible for someone to exist in a system of restrictions, while someone adapts easily.
Механика / Mechanics
Фиджитал-сетап состоит из доски с 24-мя сенсорными кнопками, датчиков присутствия и расстояния, умной колонки «Алиса», ноутбука с TouchDesigner и проектора. При нажатии на кнопку воспроизводится фраза. Задача участника игры определить и нажать ту последовательность кнопок, которая активирует «Алису» включить песню одного из подвергшихся цензуре исполнителей / The digital setup consists of a board with 24 touch buttons, presence and distance sensors, Alice voice assistant, a laptop with TouchDesigner and a projector. Pressing the button plays the phrase. The player's task is to identify and press the sequence of buttons that activates "Alice" to play the song of one of the censored music artists.

В России живет несколько поколений людей, которые не знают, что такое самиздат и затертые от копирования аудиокассеты. Цензура ворвалась в нашу жизнь внезапно – исполнители, которые высказывают мнение, отличное от официального, признаются иноагентами, а их концерты запрещаются. Конечно, есть digital, но и в электронной среде стриминговых сервисов творчество удалят или заблокируют / Several generations of people live in Russia who do not know what illegal production of books and audio cassettes worn out from copying are. Censorship burst into our lives suddenly - musical performers who express an opinion that differs from the official one are recognized as foreign agents, and their concerts are prohibited. Even in the electronic environment of streaming services, creativity is being removed and blocked.
Фиджитал-сетап «Цензура» – это высказывание на тему свободы и ограничений. Через игровую механику участник испытывает несколько уровней сопротивления и ощущает неудобство системы выбора. Нельзя управлять умной колонкой «Алиса» напрямую своим голосом, кнопки с исполнителями не подписаны, большая часть кнопок связаны с аудио-файлами цензуры и прорежимными исполнителями. Сетап направлен на создание дискомфортной среды, но даже в ней человек может существовать и собрать необходимую фразу для заказа песни.
The phygital setup “Censorship” is a statement about freedom and restrictions. Through the game mechanics, the participant experiences several levels of resistance and feels the inconvenience of the selection system. You cannot control the voice assistant "Alice" directly with your voice, the buttons with music artists are not signed, most of the buttons are associated with censored audio files and music artists who support the government. The setup is aimed at creating an uncomfortable environment, but even in it a person can exist and collect the necessary phrase to order a song.
