I edited/rewrote national scholarship application forms and guides for all trainee teachers scholarships; and wrote video scripts for online guides. All materials matched to internal Ministry business and compliance processes.
Project goals included substantially increasing the quality of applicant submissions as well as cutting internal processing times and associated inputs. Stats collected by the Ministry in the period following publication proved our overwhelming success in achieving these aims.
