The Inferno Challenge
Stock footage companies ActionVFX and FILMPAC teamed up to present a challenge to the VFX artist community. Artists were given three short video clips, curated from FILMPAC's stock footage catalog, along with a selection of fire effects from ActionVFX's library.
The objective was to create one short, flaming video, using all of these assets in any order or combination. Artists were also permitted to utilize additional assets from ActionVFX—debris, fog, sparks, blood, rain etc.—to further enhance or modify their compositions, if desired.
