BRAVE é um grupo de diversidade dentro do Credit Suisse buscando trazer mais inclusão, conhecimento sobre a causa negra e óbvio mais pessoas pretas dentro do banco, o nome é um anagrama com as palavras em inglês "Black", "Race", "Awareness", "Values" e "Engagement".

BRAVE is a group about diversity inside of Credit Suisse, the objective is inclusion, knowledge about black cause and of course, more black people at the bank, project name represents a words "Black", "Race", "Awareness", "Values" and "Engagement".

O símbolo representa a estampa do tecido africano chamado "samakaka", muito utilizado no seu país de origem, a Angola, a escolha desse pequeno trecho resgata um pedaço do que representa a história do povo negro e simboliza algo que por muito tempo foi considerado feio, exótico e inferior, e hoje com a luta de inserção de culturas antirracistas conseguimos enxergar sua beleza. A samakaka é uma metáfora para a pele preta.
