The customer requested a redesign of the company's e-commerce site.

Decision:
In addition to the redesign, we offered to modernize the site's architecture. This would speed up the work of the site and also make it more understandable and convenient for users.

Result:
We prescribed a more optimal site architecture:
displayed the shopping cart on all pages,
optimized the work with the basket
developed a correct clustering of goods
create additional filters
All this increased the convenience and speed of the purchase process and, as a result, increased the percentage of repeat purchases and overall user loyalty to the brand.
