COMIC STRIP- HAND PAINTED
Bargaining is a sort of negotiation in which the buyer and seller of a product or service discuss the price or terms of a transaction. "Bargaining" is attempting to obtain the greatest possible price without sacrificing any features or benefits.
It's a competitive, aggressive, lose-lose approach in which neither party is happy. In India, women are more likely than men to haggle for costs. Furthermore, they have a better chance of getting a good deal than men and are more willing
to negotiate the sticker price. In this comic strip, I was attempting to satirize the negotiation process in the craft sector. "What A Bar-Gain!" is the title of the comic. It demonstrates how the lady was attempting to close the transaction aggressively without understanding the craft value, but the salesperson was smart and recognized the lady's intention, and flipped the pricing board. In the end, both gained: the lady acquired mental strength, and the salesperson avoided losing money. The dialogues, however, were adapted from Bollywood films with minor adjustments and a layering process to create a 3D look.
