TCHS Student Handbooks 2022-23

 These bespoke handbooks were developed specifically with the school in mind and tailored to the subjects that the school offers and the curriculum it uses.

 Previously the school has used templates from an external company that weren’t always relevant to the students students. This year I was in control all graphic elements (including original digital illustrations) and worked with copy developed by the school’s leadership team.

 I contacted staff from each department and liaised with them to determine what content would be most useful for the students within the classroom setting, for example a standardised Periodic Table for Chemistry, Numbers and basic phrases for the languages department (Including Mandarin Chinese, one of our school's specialisms)

 The coloured paper variants featured were developed after I had a conversation the Senior Learning Support Assistant - it came to me that we print off resources for certain students on coloured paper to help them combat issues like dyslexia so I arranged to have a few special books made based on each individual's requirements.

 I hope to keep developing the handbook over the next few years to involve elements from more departments.
