The Original Client Ad they wanted us to improve.
The new advertisement was for a trade magazine and the target audience was brand managers and businesses. We felt the old advert did a poor job of capturing the attention of the reader, and the new ad should include a compelling visual and simplified messaging.

I put together a small agency team of freelancers I had worked with around the world. The copywriter, who was based in Sydney Australia and I came up with 10 ideas for headlines and overall concepts. The client liked the simplicity of the "Instant Rewards, Instant sales" approach. They felt it conveyed the immediacy of their new app based approach to shopper discounts. This coupled with the fact that these instant rewards would drive sales, would appeal directly to their target audience.

The image of the product stacked shopping trolley supported this visually and by colouring the products in the TPG brand colours, it kept visual simplicity and stayed on brand.
