Triple city space

Triple city space
The multivariable data visualization interface allows exploring and analyzing data of urban parcels both via map and 3d scatter plot.

Via the interface, you can simultaneously filter three types of values related to specific urban parcels to select interesting combinations and see how change patterns on an urban scale.

The interface was used for several projects such as 'Time Sharing Of Unused Space: Case Of New York City', 'Neighborhood Satisfaction And Mobility: Interactive Map Of London’, and 'Walkable London: through the lens of data' by Zaha Hadid Architects.

Walkable London: through the lens of data

Habidatum worked with Zaha Hadid Architects to promote the use of urban data across the urban planning, design and architecture fields. The Walkable London project will highlight the potential for these new methods for exploring and interpreting the effects of design decisions on all aspects of urban life.

Data-driven argument for increased walkability in several areas of central London. Urban data is compiled and processed to study the interconnections of pedestrianization and socio-economic trends.

Pedestrianising the city is not only about walkability; it is also about the local and city-wide socio-economic structure. The interface used for presenting the first stage of the analysis — a London-wide study of the interconnections between pedestrianisation and socio-economic trends, with a focus on the areas where the Walkable London concepts are introduced.
