This project is a dynamic carousel social media ad that seamlessly weaves together impactful typography and
striking illustrations representing various IT sectors. Through this creative piece, I aim to visually convey the
interconnectedness of these distinct IT domains, highlighting the synergy that exists within the world of technology.
Foreign markets
The slogan of the campaign translates to "We're looking for top No. 1 people in the world of ones and zeroes" and was
meant to promote the No Fluff Job IT job board on Czech market. This slogan was strategically employed across various
platforms, including digital advertisements, citylights in public spaces. It effectively encapsulated our quest for excellence
within the realm of technology, resonating with our audience and reinforcing our commitment to connecting top IT talent
with the right opportunities.
GameDev
These captivating illustrations draw inspiration from the nostalgic world of retro gaming, designed with the intent to resonate
with a broader audience. They found their purpose as eye-catching thumbnails and promotional materials for a game
development-focused podcast. By infusing elements from classic gaming, we aimed to instantly connect with the memories
and passions of gaming enthusiasts, inviting them to explore insightful discussions and engaging content within the realm
of game development.
Regional targeting
The following illustrations served as captivating backgrounds for our advertisements and social media covers within
local job offer groups. By cleverly intertwining the iconic symbols of major Polish cities, including Warsaw, Poznań,
and Cracow, with the world of technology, our objective was to engage and entice potential applicants from these
specific regions to explore and apply for localized job opportunities within the tech industry.
Social campaigns
This video introduction was purposefully crafted for a series of videos produced at the onset of the conflict in Ukraine.
These videos were dedicated to providing essential legal information and valuable tips for individuals seeking job
opportunities in Poland during this challenging period. By combining informative content with empathetic support,
we aimed to assist those affected by the crisis in their pursuit of a better future in Poland. Our commitment to helping
people navigate this transition was the driving force behind these videos, and this introduction set the tone for the
valuable insights and guidance that followed.

The illustrations showcased below were thoughtfully employed across a spectrum of company blog articles, effectively
encapsulating the ssues related to the IT job market and the integral role played by IT and HR professionals within it.
