This is an ideation project for my last module at Leeds Arts University.
An increase in CO2 concentrations in our atmosphere has been causing average global temperatures to rise, thus disrupting the climate and our lives. The core of the work involves gathering and presenting data about carbon emissions in the world whilst providing environmental education for the general public. The goal of this series of infographics is to raise awareness about global warming, climate change and carbon emissions.
For this project, I’ve used the data from open resources. Most of the graphs were already created on the website which I took the data from. However, those websites are mostly for scientists and people who are doing research on this particular subject. My idea was to sort out the data and recreate those graphs for the more general public.
