Over the past 10 years, the Faino Market chain of grocery stores has grown to almost 100 outlets, becoming one of the leaders in the region. National ambitions emerged, but chaos in positioning, identity and communications prevented it from spreading to new regions of the country. Together with the client, we invented a new brand scenario, which became the beginning of the company's transformation.

Fayno Market is a chain of shops near the house where neighbors know each other.
These are good impressions of the purchase and service. This is goodwill that brings neighbors together and unites citizens. This is a good Ukrainian word that means "pleasant, beautiful", and this is exactly how we want to see every city and village where our supermarkets are located. Together with CREVV, we created a design system that emphasizes the idea of ​​good neighborliness in every touchpoint.

Fine Market dreams of making kindness and interaction the norm, so it starts with itself. Already this year, the chain will update the loyalty program to make shopping more convenient and saving easier.

The next step is the flourishing of happy neighborhoods: assistance in the improvement of territories and the development of neighborhood communities. Because such actions create a nice country of happy people.
