Traditionally, when the Bethel University Choir goes on a tour a small, cheap tourbook is made, filled with inside jokes from the year, activities to do while travelling on the road, and the like. Normally it's designed in Microsoft Work and printed in black and white on cheap paper. Because this year the choir was going on a large, international tour and I was asked to design the book for the first time I decided to set higher production standards and design something that would keep with traditional books but also function as a keepsake from the trip. Though it was my first experience designing an entire book, and I was in the process of shooting a short film at the time, I was able to finish the entire project in a matter of a month or so. We ordered the resulting design from MagCloud and I was really happy with the way it turned out from a quality standpoint.
