Treated as an opportunity to create a company's identity from the ground up, Unrepentant Tavern & Brewery was a venture tasked with channeling an "Unrepentant" mindset. Using the album "Blood Money" by Tom Waits as a backdrop, I wanted this brand encapsulate the come–what–may attitude of a 19th century sailor.
