AIESEC National Strategic Conference is held annually by AIESEC Indonesia for the executive boards of AIESEC in Indonesia. The purpose of this conference is to plan National Strategic of AIESEC in Indonesia in order to give bigger impact to the society in Indonesia and also to strengthen the relation among the executive boards of AIESEC in Indonesia

The idea comes from the "Selamat Datang" statue situated in the middle of Bundaran Hotel Indonesia in Central Jakarta. This logo simbolyzes that the conference is ready to greet the delegates that come from all over Indonesia.
