alt.bank was released in 2019, following an intense period of development for the MVP. The banking application is Brazil's first online banking dedicated to the under banked and was thought with a peer-to-peer banking system in mind, where users could lend money, make deposits and work as human ATM machines.

alt.bank is a joint-venture between brazilian and british investors, by the fintech company Digicash.
