OBJECTIVE:
When designing this cover I wanted to capture the company's presence with type.
By using Butler it gives the cover a tone of being traditional and serious, juxtaposed by the clean straight lines of Gotham, giving it a sense of modernity. I find these typefaces encapsulate what First Ottawa Bancshares represents. A company with traditional roots, and the innovation and ambition of a new company.
