Repositioning narrative to target new and existing customers making Kyckr's quality and accuracy the star of the show.
To bring Kyckr's identity more relevant to who they are today, we knew a full redesign and rebrand had to be the way to go. Their customers know what they do, but we wanted to showcase just how accurate and trustworthy they are but also pushing forward with a narrative that highlights the value adds that data can bring to a business. Further supercharged by a pretty great new logo, typeface and a clean and crisp design.
Giving Kyckr all the tools they need with a narrative to speak to multiple audience types within the sales flow.
Something we do as standard, creating a brand portal online hosting all collateral. From decks and presentation to brochures and email campaigns. Everything in one place made available to all the internal teams, so we could share the new vision with whilst providing support to onboarding all of this new content. We're great believers in consistency and this ensures all team members are on the same page, with instant access to the information they need.
As well as communicating their new position, Kyckr needed the website to be effective on the backend for new lead generation. Integrating Pardot with Webflow allowed us to create something which was adaptable and dynamic.
Our goal being to create a valuable experience for all users, we applied the same principles to their own platform with a clear and simplified flow. Rather than needlessly drilling down through hierarchy, we focused on being able to easily surface content through a full responsive platform.
