OnboardX is a digital onboarding tool that can also run a KYC check to verify users and customers. It's designed for businesses to onboard users or customers who require a certain legal verification and background check.
CONTEXT
AuthBridge was known to its customers as a background verification services company. But when the pandemic struck in 2020, with the world running remotely, digital onboarding and verification became not just something 'nice to have' but a necessity for businesses to keep running smoothly.
At the organizational level, this was seen as an opportunity to make the sales teams lean and turn to a more product-based approach. That's when OnboardX was born - a digital onboarding and verification product that can instantly and seamlessly onboard remotely diverse teams, users or customers.

PROBLEM STATEMENT
Earlier OnboardX services were delivered to AuthBridge's existing clients via API-integrations billed each month's end by the sales and accounts teams. However, with the new single-platform product and a prepaid model, it needed awareness among the existing and potential customers.
APPROACHING A SOLUTION
In order to save the go-to-market time, we devised a product marketing approach, suggesting a product microsite with user logins without making any logical changes to the actual product (accessed after the users log in). The microsite will serve as a marketing and product awareness asset for the existing and potential customers.
