En. This project revolves around culinary design. Through my design thinking process, I made a recipe book, highlighting my childhood recipe, bruschetta. It is by reflection that I came to revisit this recipe in the form of a skewer, and to create a suitable utensil. My utensil here it is, it's a tray that accommodates 8 skewers, with the aim of creating not only an experience but also an ease of use. Users can arrange their food simply by the verticality of the skewers, then place them horizontally to present and brush the cough with olive oil.
