Dried fruit is fruit from which the majority of the orginal water has been removed naturally through sun drying.Dried fruit has a long tradition of use dating back to the fourth millennium BC in Mesopotomia.Today,dried fruit is produced in most regions of the world.One of this regions is Lankaran where located on the shore of the Caspian Sea in Azerbaijan.The wonderful climate,the sea and the precense of thermal springs allow to grow and dry citrus fruits such as oranges,kiwis,feyjoas,tangerines.
