The heartbeat monitor App allows you to check your heart rate when you're doing your exercise! Normal resting heartbeat ranges from 60 to 100  beats per minute(BPM). Based on that, It monitors your heart rate before and after your workout, and it uses Heartrate as a Cardiovascular measurement. It has different training zones such as rest, Fat burn, cardio, and peak. It's not only limited to women and also to men who want to be fit!
