The artworks «I will touch you» are about the shortage of offline contacts, the need for them. Turning to the topic of the influence of the Internet on the form of communication of people, the problem of communication transformation is considered. Society makes a choice in favor of online contacts, thereby expanding the boundaries of communication and saving a huge amount of time.
In my opinion, offline contact involves not only communication, but also physical involvement in communication. Handshakes, hugs, greeting kisses, pats on the shoulder are missing elements in online communication. In the artworks «I will touch you» the image of hyper tactility as the quintessence of sensations from offline communication is proposed. Hyper tactile communication is put in contrast to online care. The image of fingers as the most important sensitive part of the human body shows the lack of touch, in the era of total physical distancing.
