For Labri's summer menu this time, we choose green with many shades to highlight the color of the food, which is yellow. Green represents a cool, pleasant summer shade, not too harsh or vibrant like red or orange, we needed such a soft tone to bring out the yellow color of the food. Texture is always something we highlight, each dish with a different background material. The harmony between food and nature is an interesting point of this project.
