TIPS puncture device is designed for the jugular vein via hepatic door shunt device, designed by hepatic vein and portal vein in liver between distributary channel, reduce portal vein pressure, so as to reduce or eliminate the portal hypertension caused by esophageal varices, rupture, hemorrhage, ascites and other symptoms. TIPSS (intrahepatic portal vena cava shunt via jugular vein) is applied to puncture the hepatic vein and portal vein and establish a channel to transport the stent. This operation can effectively reduce portal vein hypertension and promote ascites absorption.
TIPS穿刺装置是专为经颈静脉经肝门体分流装置而设计的，通过在肝内肝静脉与门静脉之间建立分流通道，降低门静脉压力，从而减轻或消除门静脉高压引起的食管静脉曲张、破裂、出血、腹水等症状。应用于TIPSS（经颈静脉肝内门腔静脉分流术）手术，在肝静脉和门静脉之间进行穿刺并建立通道以输送支架，该手术能够有效的降低门静脉高压、促进腹水吸收。
